Many of these construction projects are managed within a live operational environment and require careful and detailed planning.
    Our clients include various Federal and State Government departments, Universities, Councils, Not for Profits, Private Companies and Tier One contractors.
    We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our Perth team working on Garden Island. As a Contract administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract Administration, including contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring. You will work closely with our project managers and site team to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Contract Administration within in a building construction
  • Experience working on defence projects is highly desired
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
