Description:
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Contracts Administrator in the financial services industry. The selected candidate will be based in Chicago, Illinois, and will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to contract administration and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage contracts in line with company and industry regulations.
- Utilize Adobe Acrobat, Costpoint, CRM, DCAA, and Deltek software to ensure efficient contract administration.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Handle the billing functions associated with the contracts in an accurate and timely manner.
- Manage contract amendments and ensure they are correctly documented and communicated.
- Use your skills in auditing, compliance, and construction to ensure the smooth running of contract administration processes.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as required.
- Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer credit records, updating them as necessary.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is required for document management tasks.
- Experience with Costpoint for accounting and financial management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for client relationship management.
- Knowledge of DCAA regulations and compliance is essential.
- Experience with Deltek software for project and business management.
- Ability to draft and manage contract amendments.
- Experience in auditing contracts for compliance and accuracy.
- Familiarity with billing functions within a financial service environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
- Experience in contracts administration within the construction industry is a plus.
