Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Contracts Administrator in the financial services industry. The selected candidate will be based in Chicago, Illinois, and will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to contract administration and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage contracts in line with company and industry regulations.
  • Utilize Adobe Acrobat, Costpoint, CRM, DCAA, and Deltek software to ensure efficient contract administration.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Handle the billing functions associated with the contracts in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Manage contract amendments and ensure they are correctly documented and communicated.
  • Use your skills in auditing, compliance, and construction to ensure the smooth running of contract administration processes.
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as required.
  • Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer credit records, updating them as necessary.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is required for document management tasks.
  • Experience with Costpoint for accounting and financial management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for client relationship management.
  • Knowledge of DCAA regulations and compliance is essential.
  • Experience with Deltek software for project and business management.
  • Ability to draft and manage contract amendments.
  • Experience in auditing contracts for compliance and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with billing functions within a financial service environment.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in contracts administration within the construction industry is a plus.
