JOB DESCRIPTION
The Contract Administrator role provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. Acts as a project liaison with other departments. Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings. Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings.
The person in this position is responsible for contract administration which includes, but is not limited to:
- Preparing contracts for distribution to clients and other business partners
- Logging and managing agreements as they progress through the contract process
- Preparing redlined agreements for internal Legal and client review
- Managing and tracking internal contract approvals
- Drafting transmittal letters to external parties and routing contracts for execution
- Assisting with the collection/tracking of compliance documents
- Supporting client on-boarding by coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Interacting with the Sales, Product and Legal staff to make drafting changes to agreement templates
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically three to five years of related experience
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Thorough knowledge of contract administration
- Experience with contract drafting, prepping and management
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside of the office location for the other days.
