Position Summary
Prysmian Group Norge aims to be the best in class when it comes to both product and service. We continuously collaborate cross function to optimize our portfolio and be relevant to our client needs. In Scandinavia, we have an experienced Bid and Contracts Department that provides our clients with direct support and service related to questions for quotation, technical questions, and deliveries.
We are now looking for a candidate to enter a 12-month Internship within our Contracts and Bid department. Ideally, you have recently finished, or are in the last part of your studies, and are looking for an interesting opportunity to develop your practical experience.

The main duties and deliveries are:

  • Preparing and sending out quotes for pricing and deliveries
  • Answering mails and phone calls from customers
  • Handling and preparing calculations for larger frame agreements and projects
  • Answering technical questions
  • Maintaining price lists, both internal and external
  • Updating SAP regards to prices and agreements
  • Updating Cost in calculation systems.
  • Giving forecast to stocked items on monthly sales
  • Advising on stock items and SLOBS
  • Helping and advising co-workers regarding pricing and technical questions
  • Updating Sales Force and internal reports

You should ideally have:

  • Good Mathematical skills
  • Experience and strong skills in Excel
  • Technical know-how and experience
  • Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
  • Strive to be efficient and find simple and easy solutions
  • Team-player and good co-operation skills
  • Understanding of the market and high level of service mind
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English
