• Community equipment service
• Home Improvement Agency provision (contracts relating to the delivery of adaptations and maintenance of equipment in individuals homes)
• Community alarm service
• Advocacy

ABOUT THE ROLE

It’s an exciting time across Adult Care as in Rochdale Council as we embark and continue on our change and transformation journey to truly make a difference to the lives of our residents across the borough.

Key tasks

• Analyse and report Contract performance to the Line Manager communicate KPIs and other performance to your team.
• Effective management of systems to ensure the contract is meeting the customers` needs and delivering high quality services.
• Compile detailed specifications, cost models and support procurement tendering documentatio
