Description:

We are looking for a hard-working individual to support the team as a Contracts Assistant. In this varied and dynamic role you will mainly focus on maintenance inspections and legal compliance for the student accommodation.
As a team, we are responsible for circa 6,000 bed spaces across a diverse portfolio of buildings and locations. We work hard to maximise occupancy whilst setting out to exceed our students’ and customers’ expectations contributing to the Sheffield experience.
You will help to manage the maintenance and compliance of our accommodation to the high standard our residents expect when they choose to live in University Accommodation. On the job training will be provided.

38 days annual leave (including closure days and Bank Holidays), with the possibility to purchase up to ten additional days.

Up to 5 days of paid time off to cover emergency caring responsibilities.
