Description:
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Post Secondary education in an Administrative or similar discipline
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience; experience in Contracts or Legal Administration considered an asset.
- Professional level experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
- Experience in any of the following sectors considered an asset: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining

Contracts Contracts for global heavylift and transport organisation
Working in Guelph, Ontario Canada
Our administrative teams play a critical role in the smooth running of our business. With complex, challenging projects being tackled every day, we need people who are skilled in making sure the right information is available in the right place and at the right time.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Manage contract documentation and coordinate and administer agreements for customers and service providers in Eastern Canada.
- Manage contract databases and monitor agreements for key deliverables and renewals.
- Prepare and edit contract documentation with customers, subcontractors and service providers under the guidance of the National Contracts Manager
- Interact with a large range of with customers and supplier contracting and procurement representatives.
