We are seeking a hard-working Contracts Counsel who will assist our lead attorneys in drafting, negotiating, and completing a variety of contracts worldwide.
This role requires someone who can effectively work with customers, partners, and team members to develop standard templates, communicate contract details, assist in the approval process, and maintain internal contract documents. Additionally, you will identify and implement improvements in the contracting process.

This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
- 5+ years of confirmed experience in a related field.
- Significant experience in contract negotiations.
- Experience of working in a multinational environment.
- Other foreign languages are a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Support lead attorneys in drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and completing a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Supply Contracts, Services Contracts, Real Estate, and Purchase Agreements across different jurisdictions, on a global level.
- Help build standard work and templates to enable consistency across global company and improve speed of deal closure.
- Share and present information about contracts and related matters with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members, including contract status.
- Participate in the approval process to assist lead attorneys and business owners in making informed decisions and secure appropriate approvals and signatures.
- Research information on existing agreements, assisting with analysis and compiling data for reports.
- Ensure internal contract documents are maintained in accordance with contract lifecycle management system processes and policy.
- Uncover chances to improve the contracting process and create strategies for implementing those improvements.
FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Demonstrate a proven understanding of legal terminology.
- Experience negotiating NDAs and other corporate contracts.
- Outstanding attention-to-detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
