Job Title: Contracts Intern ~ RQ 24-54 ~

We are searching for an eager Contracts Intern. This role will report to the Supervisor, Contracts Management and will work with contracts team and support the roll-out and implementation of a new system and support various contract management activities. The intern will also gain hands-on experience with contract negotiation and compliance processes.
This is an intern position based out of Calgary. This position is full time starting in January 2025 and depending on the successful candidate will be an 8–12-month term.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Contracts Management team with the following:
  • General contract management activities
  • Drafting of contractual documents
  • Integration of new processes
  • Data migration of contracts and supporting documentation into new contracts management system

Your Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of an undergraduate program (Business/ Supply Chain or relevant program) and returning to studies in Fall 2025
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Shows initiative, takes ownership of work and ensures follow through/ completion of tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
