• Bachelor or Master degree within Business Administration or relevant field.
• Previous experience within audit, accounting, finance, and SOX compliance.
• Experience from working with minor projects and change initiatives is beneficial.
• Manage to translate business into deliveries by being very curious.
• A team player, flexible and proactive, with strong collaboration skills. No job too big, no job too small – the team covers a wide range of tasks and deadlines, and we always help each other in getting the job done.
• Analytical mindset and structured with an ability to focus on details.
• Passion for improving our business, business understanding, commercial awareness, best practises and how we work.
• Strong Excel base and solid proficiency in O365 tools and preferably knowledge of PowerBI and automation. Knowledge of ETRM and Power Platforms systems is beneficial.
