Description:
We are actively seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing Roofing and Cladding specialist based in Nottinghamshire due to continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a family run business with a healthy pipeline of work. In this position you will have the opportunity to manage projects ranging from new builds to refurbishments and maintenance, with values between £5,000 and £2 million.
CONTRACTS MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Full driving license
- Based in or able to commute to the Midlands. (Nottinghamshire)
- 7+ years of experience in industrial roofing, sheeting, or cladding.
- Proven ability to manage projects of various sizes in the industrial roofing sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PDF viewer.
- Strong understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
- Expertise in flat roof systems, including single-ply, liquid-applied, composite built-up, rainscreen, and composite cladding.
- Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships.
