CONTRACTS MANAGER SKILLS:
- Oversee contracts from start to finish, ensuring successful project delivery
- Supervise and manage project teams across multiple sites, maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Ensure that projects meet established deadlines and budgetary constraints
- Attend client and internal meetings, providing weekly progress updates
- Support contract negotiation and manage contractual obligations effectively
- Collaborate with the EHS Director to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Work closely with Directors and site teams to develop strategies, identify potential risks, and implement resolutions
- Generate and issue progress reports to Senior Management/Directors
- Partner with Senior Management to achieve and support ongoing business objectives
