CONTRACTS MANAGER SKILLS:

  • Oversee contracts from start to finish, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Supervise and manage project teams across multiple sites, maintaining productivity and quality standards
  • Ensure that projects meet established deadlines and budgetary constraints
  • Attend client and internal meetings, providing weekly progress updates
  • Support contract negotiation and manage contractual obligations effectively
  • Collaborate with the EHS Director to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Work closely with Directors and site teams to develop strategies, identify potential risks, and implement resolutions
  • Generate and issue progress reports to Senior Management/Directors
  • Partner with Senior Management to achieve and support ongoing business objectives
