REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Strong expertise in contract review, negotiation, and administration.
• Legal knowledge and experience with construction contracts are highly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail to accurately manage and review contracts, with a focus on maintaining integrity and compliance.
• Willingness to visit project sites when necessary to support operational needs.

• Oversee contract review, drafting, and administration to ensure compliance with project specifications and company policies.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, maintaining favorable outcomes for the organization.
• Ensure contracts align with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and safeguarding company interests.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide guidance on contractual obligations and resolve disputes or discrepancies.
• Conduct detailed reviews of contracts to identify and address inconsistencies, errors, or potential issues, ensuring contract integrity.
