FM Contracts Manager – Northwest
I am currently seeking an experienced FM Contracts Manager looking to take the lead on planned and reactive maintenance contracts, to join a dynamic team managing essential Facilities Management (FM) services across key sectors, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
About the Role:
✔Oversee planned and reactive works across multiple sectors, ensuring compliance and service excellence.
✔ Manage maintenance contracts across healthcare, industrial, commercial, leisure, education, and residential sectors.
✔ Develop and implement tailored FM strategies that enhance building performance and occupant safety.
✔ Lead teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
✔Monitor contract performance, ensuring KPI achievement and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
✔Proven experience as an FM Contracts Manager, managing diverse maintenance contracts.
✔ Strong knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance operations.
✔ Expertise in compliance, health & safety, and sector-specific FM requirements.
✔ Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
✔A results-driven professional who can optimize service delivery and cost efficiency.
✔ Has a key track record of generating new buisness.
