Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
Elite Developments is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts throughout the lifecycle of residential and commercial projects. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with legal standards, mitigating risks, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. As a Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in driving project success by ensuring contracts are executed efficiently and effectively while safeguarding the organization’s interests.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in Business Administration, Law, Construction Management, or a related field.A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on construction or real estate development.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and legal compliance requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local construction laws, building codes, and permitting processes.
- Certification in Contract Management (e.g., NCMA, CCCM, or equivalent) is an asset.A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving project excellence.
