They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager at their Liverpool managed contract to lead FM projects at various state-of-the-art facilities across the city.
In this role, you’ll be overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance and minor works across a variety of public sector buildings across the city. The role will involve delivering a ‘best in class’ service delivery to the client and leading the in-house site management and labour teams to ensure contract compliance and adherence.
This is a great chance to step into a highly autonomous position working for a leading FM business, in a newly won contract for a highly-esteemed client - where you’ll be a key player in the delivery of this contract.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing delivery of a FM contract across state-of-the-art facilities
- FM contract working across Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric Services
- Key person between different stakeholders - client, site management, labourers
- Based in Liverpool
