GrammaTech is a provider of cyber security software solutions and software research services solving some of the world’s most complex security problems. We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager professional to join our growing company. This role requires the candidate to be a US Citizen to be considered.
Responsibilities:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contracts, Law, or a related field.
- 5 – 8 years of experience in US Government Department of Defense contract administration and management with a working knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
- Experienced in submitting SBIR, ITAR, BAA and OTA proposals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail as a priority.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in a small team environment.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with contract management databases.
- US Citizen
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in IP, Patents and Software Licensing.
- TS Clearance or ability to obtain a TS clearance.
- Candidate living in Central Maryland is preferred.
The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000 per year. This range is based on the Company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual salary will take into consideration various factors such as role level, experience, expertise, and education.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of contract and subcontract administration from the proposal stage through contract close out.
- Analyze RFPs, ROMs and solicitations and coordinate proposals with technical team in response to government and customer solicitations.
- Review contracts, POs, task orders prior to acceptance.
- Contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide proper contract and acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with Company policies, legal requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and customer specifications.
- Administer, extend, negotiate, and close out standard and nonstandard contracts, purchase orders, task orders, and other contract documents.
- Maintain contracts database, contractual records, and documentation.
- Prepare and disseminate information throughout the organization regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, and termination.
- Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements.
- Prepare subcontracts, modifications and other notices as required.
- Review and negotiate Teaming Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
- Access government and other customer portals such as WAWF, VAULT, DSIP, DTIC, SAM.
- Maintain and foster relationships within, across, and external to organizational boundaries.
- Coordinate with Program Managers and Finance Manager to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled.
- Maintain company’s SAM registration.
- Work closely with accounting and finance to ensure all contract revenue and expense are accurately captured.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
