Description:

FEE PROPOSALS & TENDER DOCUMENTS:

  • Prepare fee proposals and tender submission tailored to various stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Review contract documentation to ensure alignment with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as law, quantity surveying, or building.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction industries.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
