The Opportunity:
In this role you will:
- Administer the tender process across multiple contracts from GCs to professional consultant appointments
- Track and manage tender process steps including bidder prequalification, tender issue, queries and responses, tender submissions, and post-tender queries and negotiation.
- Draft contracts and collate contract documentation
- Oversee post-contract management, including providing contract administration advice to the client, claims tracking, and producing and processing contract change orders
- Partner closely with the construction project management and cost management teams
- Work with the commercial team to advise the client on contract award

- Have strong research skills and an in-depth understanding of legal agreements
- Have working experience with Ariba or similar tender management platforms
- Have a working knowledge of local and international contract laws and corporate policies
- Are a proven people leader
- Have excellent negotiation, persuasion and judgment skills
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Are detail oriented and quality focused
