CONTRACT MANAGER - £45,000
An exciting job opportunity for an experienced Security Contract Manager has arisen at Top-20 award-winning MAN Commercial Protection Ltd.

The role of Contract Manager is key to our success and requires a dynamic and confident Security Industry professional who has a proven record of managing contracts, working closely with both employees and clients.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to this role and be able to effectively manage, be decisive and always ensure they are acting in the best interests of the company. The ideal candidate will understand the responsibility and accountability that comes with this position.
The Contracts Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of an established portfolio of contracts within Cambridgeshire and the East of England.
Responsibilities:
Managing Contracts and Client Relationships - managing a range of our high-profile and blue-chip clients, supporting their day-to-day security requirements. Comply with service level agreements and key performance indicators and implement correct client and company procedures.
Managing People - You will have full operational responsibility of your portfolio, including cover planning and ensuring all sites are manned correctly. You will carry out staff welfare visits/appraisals/ investigations and manage team development and team building.
- Recruitment - responsible for recruitment needs on sites, ensuring our teams are operating fully and that we have the right people in the right roles. Recruiting in line with our ACS and BS7858 Standards - completing all necessary paperwork and working closely with our HR and Vetting team.
- Mobilisation - Be competent in mobilising newly acquired sites as well as taking over the management and client relationship on those already established.
Risk Assessments/Audits- Ensure that a full site survey and Risk Assessment is completed before Security Services commence and reviewed annually or during site changes. To ensure that site audits are carried out at least once every month on each site, ensuring the results of the audit are retained, and where applicable corrective action implemented.
Assignment Instructions - ensure the contents of Assignment Instructions are agreed and signed off by the Clients before commencing the service. Or evidence of issue.
Ensure Customer complaints, feedback or queries are all handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
Site Equipment/Training - Ensure all Security Officers on site are issued with uniforms and all equipment and training required for their role.
Communication - To ensure regular meetings are held with the clients and ensure regular and transparent communication with CEO and all stakeholders.
