We are seeking an experienced Contacts Manager with 5+ years of experience to join Mithun. As a member of our risk management team, you will directly contribute to the continued success of our 75-year-old firm. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with top leadership and talented teams across our three offices. You will have an opportunity to influence the firm-wide approach to risk management, to mentor our design and administrative staff, and to enjoy a stimulating and friendly working environment. This position reports to the Partner in Charge of Risk Management.
This is a part-time (40 - 60% time) position with the potential for full-time work depending on the candidate’s experience, location and interests.
This position is based in either our Seattle, San Francisco or Los Angeles office, with remote flexibility in Washington or California.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and supporting contract negotiation, preferably in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, even under shifting deadlines.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The expected range of compensation for this role is $90,000 – 105,000 annualized (this is the full-time rate). Actual salaries are based on experience, qualifications, internal equity and location.
