With substantial project and people management experience, and a firm foundation of working in Paving, Surfacing and/or Civil Construction, you will have the knowledge and confidence to tackle this role. We’d also value;

• A tertiary qualification or equivalent in engineering or business management.
• Proven contract management experience with responsibility and accountability for staff, plant and return on investment
• Proven track record in identifying, researching and developing marketplace opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience developing a culture that supports SQE management, encouraging and rewarding excellence

• The ability to create and deliver a strong customer focus cultureClear demonstration of leadership behaviours that empower others to make decisions, deliver and success.

The Contracts Paving Manager will provide you will be responsible for ensuring the profitable and viable growth of Paving Contracts. The role is a critical part of our team, your key responsibilities include;

• Planning and tendering – Production of contract methodology, budgets and programmers alongside Estimators
• Outcome Management - Plan and direct operations to achieve and exceed requirements
• Client management
• Maintaining all Safety, Environmental and Quality assurance system
