Description:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ recent, related experience.
- An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be considered.
KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service orientation, with an ability to be innovative and participate with others to reach organizational objectives.
- Ability to work in a complex organization and to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to participate on a multi-disciplinary team and ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
- Ability to adapt and produce high quality results in a constantly changing and developing environment
- Excellent computer skills in order to access and manipulate data from various systems to produce financial and other analysis and reports.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate recommendations to senior levels.
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial planning, monitoring, analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical ability to meaningfully interpret and present data.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full accounting and budgeting cycle.
- Effective leadership and communication skills to foster a respectful and motivating environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
