Contracts Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join our team located in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of contract administration within the non-profit industry. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

• Administer, extend, negotiate and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts.
• Conduct contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment.
• Formulate policies and procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
• Assemble and analyze contract requirements and performance terms to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Must have a strong background in Contract Administration or Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Prior experience in Non-profit sector would be advantageous.
  The salary range for this position is $40-55/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
