EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
- Resolving disputes and conflicts that arise during the contract lifecycle.
- Ability to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Reviewing contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and project requirements.
- Developing solutions to complex contractual issues and project challenges

- Lead Contract Execution: Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define contract scopes, objectives, and goals.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive plans, set timelines, and monitor project progress to ensure successful contract delivery.
- Manage Issues and Risks: Proactively identify and resolve issues, and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure Compliance: Draft and revise contracts, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company policies.
- Negotiate Favorable Terms: Secure advantageous contract terms and pricing through effective negotiation with relevant teams.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, providing financial insights to support decision-making and maintain fiscal responsibility.
- Knowledge Sharing: Document key learnings and best practices to enhance future contract management processes.
