ABOUT THE POSITION

We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team, based in Portsmouth and operating across the UK and USA. You will have a strong working knowledge of multiple types of contracting with an interesting and varied portfolio including employment contracts, EULAs, partnership agreements and ad hoc legal advice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience managing SaaS related contracts from both customer and supplier perspectives to grow with a thriving business.
You’ll be working with our team handling any contract and legal related questions as they arise, these could relate to anything in the sales and tender processes, supplier contracts, compliance obligations and more. A vital part of the team, you will report into the CEO and support all areas of the business with any legal questions.
