Description:
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all financial aspects and impacts of a contract are clear to all stakeholders and ensure appropriate contractor relationship is initiated and maintained
- Responsible for adherence to the NGN Contract Management Policies/ Procedures and all associated governance and risk management. Including KPI, rebate and contract mechanisms to drive effective commercial benefits in line with the Commercial Services savings targets.
- Responsible for the Implementation and maintenance of the Supplier Engagement Plan, producing Minutes and Actions reports for scheduled supplier reviews
- Act as first point of contact for day-to-day contract management enquiries relating to any contract issues including, supplier billing, non-compliance, KPI/ SLA failures. Providing solutions and advice where appropriate to ensure continuous engagements to meet operational requirements
- Support the reviewing and updating internal contract management practices and processes in line with company policies and processes, standards, law, and regulations
- Support and co-ordinate the accurate inputting and maintenance of all contract management information to prepare for Supplier Relationship Meetings and lead on follow up actions
- Support transformational change and business improvements projects for the Commercial Services team and provide training and ongoing support to operations to support any FWoW initiatives and changes
- Work with NGN colleagues to identify Contract Management activities Providing MI and trend analysis to identify non-compliance, spend, volume of engagements and commercial inefficiencies to help realise cost avoidance and commercial efficiency
- Work closely as a key stakeholder to NGN’s Procurement Team, ensuring correct contract hand off through robust contract management and help in defining future procurement strategies
