Description:

Job Summary: Simeio is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing, drafting, and reviewing a variety of contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and an understanding of contract law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update the contract lifecycle management software as contracts progress through the process.
  • Initiate Approval/signature process and monitor through completion.
  • Prepare template contract documents.
  • Draft legal correspondence and other documents.
  • Perform legal research.
  • Maintain and organize contract files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and reference.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate contract execution.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of contract management processes and templates.
  • Prepare reports on contract status, renewals, and expirations.

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certification or equivalent legal education.
  • Experience in contract management or a related legal field.
  • Understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
