We are seeking a new colleague as Contracts Program Lead. Being in this position, you will provide critical infrastructure that enables the legal department to support Copeland’s continued growth and success. You will help with crafting, implementing, and coordinating processes, technologies, and strategies to improve the efficiency, transparency, and overall performance of the contracting process.
The right candidate will effectively lead strategic change within the legal team and across the company. This includes leading data, gaining insights, and contributing to the organization’s growth objectives.
This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

  • 5+ years of confirmed experience in a related field.
  • Expertise in contract lifecycle management system implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience of working in a multinational environment.
  • Other foreign languages are a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Coordinate contract lifecycle platform (CLM) for Copeland driving commercial deal negotiation process excellence.
  • Manage development and delivery of CLM technology solutions, working with relevant collaborators in legal, sales, procurement, vendor management.
  • Work with functional leads and IT to facilitate evaluation and adoption of software systems to support the legal department and coordinate with technology team to effectively integrate business requirements into the CLM solution.
  • Identify and enact continuous service improvements through technology and process improvements.
  • Maintain records for correspondence and documentation related to established contracts and those in progress.
  • Perform periodic reviews of existing contracts and provide resolution services.
  • Communicate and present information about contract analytics to collaborators.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators and metrics to showcase and suggest improvements for the efficiency and effectiveness of implemented CLM solutions.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on contract performance
  • Integrate standard work, delegation of authority, and standard terms into the system.
  • Manages day-to-day activities and decision-making for assigned programs/processes.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) or similar system.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Strong program, process and project planning and management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
