SUMMARY:

The Contracts Senior Analyst will serve on the Contract Administration team in the Federal Military and Veteran Division, focusing on contract administration for various Government contracts. Duties include administrative actions such as maintaining all letter correspondence (incoming and outgoing), distribution lists for communications, client facing audit responses, Service Contract Act administration, conforming the contract, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) releases of the contract, setting-up new charge codes for time tracking, responding to group mailbox questions, and becoming the records management liaison. Additionally, this role will be tasked with ad hoc contract reads to support cross-functional team inquiries. Other responsibilities may include the drafting of internal and client-facing communications and working on special projects.
The qualified candidate will be asked to deliver specific tasks assigned by a supervisor. Many of the tasks are considered routine in nature requiring little to no supervision. This employee will have access to advice from more experienced team members and peer reviews (as needed). Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.
