Description:
Robert Half is searching for a Contracts Specialist to join a thriving Real Estate Company!
This position is located near Tacoma and looking to start immediately.
Key Duties
Full lifecycle of contracts administration (drafting, reviewing, redlining, etc.)
Act as a liaison between managers, clients, and vendors
Develop and maintain contracts and provide status update reports
Additional overflow work
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ year of experience supporting a contracts department
Ability to go on-site 5 days
The salary range for this position is $26-33/hr DOE. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
