Responsibilities:

This Contract and Supplier Assurance Manager reporting to the Head of Service Operations, you will be part of the senior team within the Service Operations service. It’s a key role for us, developing and leading the supplier assurance team. The Assurance team manages our contract and procurement sourcing process. We must do this in a complaint and timely manner.
The Contract and Supplier Assurance Manager is accountable for the effective management of IT contracts. The role monitors all service level agreements and key performance indicators. The manager will identify, plan and execute service improvements with suppliers. All commercial and contractual terms are negotiated by this role.
