Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Contracts Support Executive will work closely with, and provide support to, Contracts team, taking ownership for key administrative tasks in order to maintain excellent relationships that the Company has developed with its’ customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Acting as point of contact for our leading clients, building and maintaining good relationships, whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism at all times
  • Taking ownership of handling leading client enquires and requests through to resolution in the first instance, and where necessary, escalating to the appropriate Contract Manager.
  • Data Entry – Updating Contracts and Agreements with all relevant information, including pricing.
  • Ensure all files / contracts / records are maintained in a timely and accurate manner and stored in line with our GDPR obligations.
  • Assisting the Contracts Management Team in preparation of contracts and agreements.
  • Producing documents, reports & presentations for key clients
  • Provide weekly reports to the Contracts Management Team
  • Communicate contractual changes to customers, as required
  • Managing the day-to-day diary of the Contracts Management Team, organising customer/client visits and audits as and when required
  • Work closely with Contracts team to provide administration support
  • Carry out any other reasonable tasks as required by Management
  • Participate in training and personal development activities, as required
  • Be flexible in undertaking the duties and responsibilities attached to your role

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD DISPLAY THE FOLLOWING:

  • At least 1 year’s previous Administration experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, to meet project deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Be proficient in Microsoft office in particular Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Able to prioritise effectively and is results driven
  • Must be self-motivated; has the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Must be able to provide documentation to confirm their eligibility to work in the UK
