Manguard Plus is hiring for a CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR for our busy control room located in Naas, Co. Kildare.

This is an ideal position to advance and grow in the Security Industry.
Description: CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR
Locations: Naas Co. Kildare
Hours: Night shift: 17:30-06:30 / Monday - Sunday
Pay rate: €14.50 basic + €2.50 site allowance per hour.
€12.60 Night allowance.
€1 per hour Sunday allowance.

Responsibilities:

  • To work within the Command Centre in accordance with the shift rotas and provide a high level of quality assured customer service
  • Work under the direction of the Control Room Manager or supervisor and in accordance with the policy and procedural practices
  • Responsible for the monitoring of remote signalling/CCTV systems using the equipment installed
  • Responsible for the provision of appropriate responses to alarm systems and despatch of emergency services
  • Performing staff welfare checks
  • Tracking and tracing mobile dispatch operations
  • Reviewing and editing reports regularly
  • The ability to multitask, and work within a team
