Are you a motivated leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring operational excellence? We’re looking for a dynamic Team Leader to join our National Operations Centre in Northampton. Responsibilities:
- Support Operational Efficiency: You’ll play a key role in assisting the Control Shift Manager by ensuring that all control room tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Your focus will be on monitoring live screens to ensure the correct allocation of control room staff and proactively managing workloads.
- Motivate & Lead the Team: Foster a positive and supportive environment where team morale remains high. You’ll engage with your team regularly, providing clear, concise, and professional communication to keep everyone aligned and motivated. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the team to consistently deliver exceptional results.
- Proactive Task Management: Anticipate upcoming vacant shifts and ensure they are promptly assigned to the appropriate control room staff. Delegate tasks effectively to maintain smooth operations and ensure that all team members are focused and productive.
- Communicate & Collaborate: Maintain open and engaging lines of communication with the team, Control Shift Manager, and other senior managers. You’ll take detailed notes during meetings and briefings, ensuring that all action points are communicated and followed up on effectively.
- Adapt & Prioritise: In a fast-paced environment, flexibility is key. You’ll adapt quickly to changes in the operational landscape, reprioritizing tasks and ensuring that your team remains on track to meet business demands.
