THE ROLE

• Monitor control system performance and assist with the optimisation of equipment lifecycles
• Undertake RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) and communication installation configuration and diagnostics
• The creation of new SCADA sites including commissioning and testing of SCADA points
• Investigate the application of new equipment and technology solutions
• Provide practical training sessions to staff and service providers for the implementation of new RTU and SCADA equipment
• Review distribution network designs to ensure they fit with the OT & IT architecture.
