Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineer, Control Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in control systems engineering, with a strong focus on python development and robotics.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Proficiency in Python, PyQT 5.0, C, C++, SQL and similar languages
- Experience in implementation and utilizing databases such as MySQL, SQL, Postgres, Mongo
- Knowledge of AWS services, including AWS IoT, AWS Lambda, and AWS S3.
- Familiarity with HMI application development and control systems.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and IoT connectivity.
- Knowledge of SDLC process and source code version control systems such as GIT
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- Experience in the development and testing of robotic systems.
- Experience in coding for communication protocols such as CAN bus.
- Experience with embedded Linux development and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong experience in development for Embedded Linux distributions; including kernel development
- Knowledge of telematics systems and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with machine learning and data analytics frameworks.
- Experience delivering medical device products to the market
Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain HMI applications and control systems manager applications.
- IoT Integration: Connect and manage embedded Linux devices, ensuring seamless integration with embedded devices and AWS servers for real-time data analytics and telematics.
- Data Analytics: Implement data collection, storage, and analysis solutions on AWS
- System Optimization: Optimize the performance and reliability of control systems and HMI applications, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation for all development activities, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed systems, addressing issues and implementing improvements as needed
