El Controlador de Inventario de Equipo trabajará de manera práctica recibiendo y despachando la maquinaria y camiones que ingresan a nuestro patio previo y posterior a las subastas. Asimismo, tendrá contacto directo con los clientes. Esta posición realizará trabajo administrativo y una variedad de funciones dentro del Departamento de Patio

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a person who is passionate about Heavy Machinery, trucks, working hand in hand with technology, who is energetic, dynamic, proactive, who enjoys working as a team and providing excellent customer service.
The Equipment Inventory Clerk will work ‘hands-on’ receiving and dispatching the machinery and trucks that enter our yard before and after the auctions. Likewise, you will have direct contact with clients and perform administrative work and a variety of functions within the Detailed Equipment Team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 to 2+ years of Administrative Support experienceKnowledge of - or the desire to learn about

    • construction equipment and trucks.

    • Proficient with computers and good working knowledge / experience using MS Office Suite products (e.g. Word, Excel). Documentation processing experience is an asset.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • You must be process-oriented and comfortable adhering to company policies and procedures to be successful in this role.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Excellent organizational skills. You’re the type that leaves no detail unattended.
    • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Enjoy hard work and be able to have fun at work.
    • Valid Drivers license.
    • Ability to occasionally work overtime during the week and on weekends for the live auction events.
    • Highly motivated, goal-oriented and self-directed, and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively. You thrive working as part of a team and pitch-in wherever needed.
    • U.S Visa strongly desired.

    Responsibilities:

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Actúa como primer punto de contacto para las consultas del cliente y los problemas relacionados con el inventario de equipos.
    • Registra todos los equipos que ingresan y/o salen de las instalaciones.
    • Administra con precisión la documentación de envío/recepción (por ejemplo, aduanas, transporte, etc.) y que está relacionada con el movimiento de los equipos hacia y desde el patio del lugar de la subasta, incluido el procesamiento de la documentación en nuestros sistemas internos.
    • Identifica con precisión los números de serie de los equipos, registra las descripciones básicas de los equipos y los etiqueta correctamente.
    • Proporcionar asistencia según sea necesario a otros miembros del equipo cuando sea necesario.
    • Comprende plenamente las políticas y procedimientos de las operaciones de subastas.
    • Desarrolla una sólida comprensión de todos los procesos del Departamento de Patio y del software interno.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Acts as the first point of contact for customer questions and issues related to the heavy equipment inventory.
    • Registers all incoming and outgoing equipment.
    • Administer shipping & receiving documents related to the movement of the equipment to and from the auction site, and enter related information into the appropriate software systems
    • Accurately identify equipment serial numbers, record basic equipment descriptions and label the equipment correctly.
    • Promote a culture where the health and safety of our employees and customers is top priority for all.
    • Thoroughly knows and understand the policies and procedures of the auction operations.
    • Understand all the Yard Operations procedures and the internal software.
    • Provide assistance as required to the rest of the Detailed Equipment Inspection (DEI) Team.
    • Assist the Sales team with appraisals and write-ups in the field between peak periods, as required.
    • Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
