Join our team in BHD’s Finance Department as a Controller where your financial expertise and leadership skills will truly shine! We’re looking for an experienced, proactive individual who excels at managing financial operations, creating robust (and useful!) reports for internal use, and compliance with bank covenants. We’ll be looking to you to provide advice and greater context into our business units, so if you’re passionate about leveraging your financial acumen to drive success and enjoy working with extremely cool people, this is the perfect role for you.
As a Controller at BHD, you’ll bring a detail-oriented mindset, a collaborative approach, and proficient ability to streamline financial processes and provide key insights. You’ll also help manage bank relationships and ensure compliance with financial agreements, making you an integral part of our continued success.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Ensure compliance with bank covenants and maintain accurate reporting for financial institutions.
- Develop financial statements and reports providing insights to the leadership team.
- Utilize the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem or similar software to create dynamic financial dashboards and reporting systems.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support the company’s strategic initiatives.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely filings and audits.
