In this hands-on role, you will:

• Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, billing, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Manage year-end reporting, taxation (T1s), and filings for multiple entities (7-10 companies).
• Lead strategic planning, business forecasting, and cash forecasting.
• Spearhead system integration and process optimization.
• Collaborate with leadership to create scalable financial strategies for growth and expansion.
• Manage external accounting expenses by bringing key tax-related processes in-house.
