QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Successfully completed degree in Economics, ideally with a focus on Controlling / Finance.
  • Experience: Professional experience in a manufacturing company with a sound understanding of business processes.
  • Analytical thinking: Excellent analytical skills and enjoyment in questioning and improving existing processes.
  • SAP S4 HANA Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, ideally with experience in introduction and implementation.
  • Communication & Teamwork Skills: Excellent communication skills in German and English as well as a strong team orientation.
  • MS Office Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and a strong affinity for working with numbers.
  • Personality: You are characterized by initiative, creativity, flexibility, and a high level of sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Join us in creating and driving structural changes for our dynamic, rapidly growing fuel cell business! Freudenberg e-Power Systems in Munich is looking for a Controller (F/M/D) to join our Munich team. You’ll gain insights into the exciting industry of fuel cells, as our Business Group develops and industrializes fuel cell systems for heavy-duty applications and thus shapes the mobility of the future.
  • Your Impact:
  • Cost Management & Analyses: Determine R&D project costs, carry out deviation analyses, and prepare cost calculations that determine make-or-buy decisions.
  • Development of Instruments: Build and optimize controlling tools for internal reporting, cost calculations and R&D project controlling.
  • Investment Controlling: Take responsibility for investment controlling and support specialist departments in preparing investment applications.
  • Financial Statements & Budgets: Support with monthly and annual financial statements, forecasts, budget control and deviation analyses.
  • Management Reporting: Work closely with management and carry out ad hoc analyses of business data.
  • Funding & Risk Management: Support with compliancy documentation and accounting of funding, in addition to the development of risk management processes and internal control systems.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate intensively with the central Finance & Controlling department and the specialist departments on site.
