SCADA International is seeking a talented and experienced Controller, or Finance Manager to join our Finance team in Silkeborg, Denmark.

Responsibilities:

THIS ROLE IS CRUCIAL FOR INCREASING EFFICIENCY THROUGH PROCESS OPTIMIZATION, ADDRESSING THE CURRENT BACKLOG OF TASKS, AND ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF FINANCIAL CONTROLLING. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BRING MORE EXPERIENCED KNOWLEDGE TO SUPPORT THE TEAM EFFECTIVELY.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Financial Controlling: Manage consolidation, elimination, transfer pricing, audit, and other financial control processes.
  • Business Controlling: Handle business unit P&L, reporting, and provide support to various business units.
  • Project Controlling: Offer support to business units on project-related financial matters.
  • Budgeting/Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Team Support: Provide day-to-day support to the finance team with an experienced leadership approach.
  • Process Optimization: Enhance efficiency through the optimization of financial processes.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure financial activities align with overall integration objectives.
  • Ethical Standards: Uphold strong ethical standards and integrity in financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has an educational background corresponding to HD or Cand. Merc, together with 5-10 years of experience from a similar-sized company and role. Candidates with any additional relevant certifications or advanced degrees will be preferred.
