Sie sind verantwortlich für….

• Review von Angebotskalkulationen, Teilnahme an Angebotsbesprechungen und Kick Offs
• Laufendes Projektcontrolling, insbesondere Identifikation von Planabweichungen sowie Entwicklung von Gegensteuerungsmaßnahmen mit dem Projektmanager
• Kostenstellencontrolling (Planung und Analyse Kostenstellenkosten; Erstellung von Kostenstellenberichten)
• Analyse Recovery Produktion, Engineering, Projektmanagement, Field Service
• Erstellung von Budgetplänen auf Unternehmensebene; Ermittlung und regelmäßige Überprüfung interner Stundensätze und Gemeinkostenaufschläge sowie Forecast Prozess
• Monatliche Projektbewertung, einschließlich Berichterstattung und Interpretation des Zahlenwerkes
• Weiterentwicklung von Controlling Prozessen und -tools (Auswertungen, Reports); Identifikation von Prozess- und Schnittstellenverbesserungen
• Ansprechpartner für interne Rückfragen (andere Abteilungen) sowie externe Rückfragen (Wirtschaftsprüfer)

Sie bringen mit…

• Betriebswirtschaftliche Fachhochschul- oder Hochschulausbildung
• Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre)
• Erfahrungen im Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten sowie ERP Systemen
• Analytisches Denken, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
