Robert Half’s trusted client is seeking interim controller for a long-term engagement. This hybrid position is located in Allen Park and will report directly to the CFO. This role is primarily focused on overseeing the management of our accounting functions, which includes but is not limited to accounts payable and receivable, auditing, and budget processes.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILL SET:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a controller role or related position
• Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Proven ability to manage all accounting functions
• Extensive experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Solid understanding and experience in auditing
• Experience in managing and overseeing budget processes

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable and receivable
• Employ accounting software systems to streamline financial operations
• Conduct regular auditing to maintain financial transparency and compliance
• Oversee and manage the organization’s budget processes
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate accounting records
• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
