A highly successful Construction Company has a new opening for a Project Controller. This high-profile role is a once in a lifetime career opportunity and will allow you to play a key role supporting the overall success of the business.

• Overseeing operations of the accounting department, and supervising the AP and AR teams
• Preparing consolidated financials
• Developing accounting processes, including documentation of policies and procedures
• Coordinating annual audits
• Overseeing quarterly and year-end closings
• Reviewing monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
• Analyzing and forecasting project profitability, revenue, budgets, and margin
• Assisting with production of the annual budget, forecasts, and reforecasts
• Performing ad hoc duties as needed
  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, and at least 5 years of construction accounting experience, including supervising a team. The Controller should feel comfortable collaborating with employees across the organization to develop creative and efficient solutions. This exciting opportunity will be filled by a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
