Description:

We are looking for a Controller to join our team in Tampa, Florida. The Controller will be a part of the executive leadership team, managing a small team and contributing to the company’s growth. This role will involve overseeing the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as managing month-end close processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Participate in executive meetings as part of the leadership team
  • Manage a small team, ensuring efficient operation and growth
  • Handle the month-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely closure
  • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM tools to monitor and manage financial operations
  • Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions of the company
  • Conduct regular auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial operations
  • Utilize tools such as ADP - Financial Services and Crystal Reports for financial management and reporting
  • Ensure all accounting functions are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Manage and oversee the company’s budget processes.

  • Proficiency in 3M and CRM software applications.
  • Substantial knowledge and experience with Accounting Software Systems.
  • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services.
  • Proficiency in generating and interpreting Crystal Reports.
  • Solid understanding of Accounting Functions.
  • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Proven expertise in Auditing practices and procedures.
  • Proficiency in managing and coordinating Budget Processes.
