We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in WAUKEE, Iowa, 50263-8153, United States. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounting functions within the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial reporting and analysis are conducted effectively and in compliance with the industry standards.

• Oversee the execution of all accounting functions within the organization
• Implement and maintain accounting software systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain transparency
• Produce comprehensive financial reports for senior management to aid strategic planning
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track financial health and progress
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting principles and regulations
• Conduct month-end and year-end close processes in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes, and improve financial performance
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations to ensure the company’s financial operations are compliant and efficient.
• Proven experience in managing Accounting Software Systems
• Proficiency in executing Accounting Functions
• Prior experience in Auditing
• Skilled in creating and maintaining Financial Reports
• Demonstrated ability in conducting Financial Analysis
• Experience with KPI Reporting
• Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements
• Familiarity with Month End Close procedures
