Very reputable, small but growing international organization is looking for a Controller to replace the current Controller due to retirement. The Controller is the highest-level financial person in the company and will work closely with the CEO.
Responsibilities include oversight of all daily accounting, general ledger accounting and GAAP financial reporting, cost accounting and analysis and budget preparation and analysis.
Minimum requirements include strong GAAP knowledge and month end close, manufacturing experience, cost accounting and analysis and experience assessing and implementing improvements to accounting policies, procedures and internal controls. “Pluses” include consolidated financial statements, MBA or CPA and transfer pricing experience.
The base salary range is to $130,000 plus bonus.
