We are searching for an experienced Controller to join our team based in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be expected to manage the financial aspects of our two offices, with a heavy concentration of duties in the Miami location. The position involves a blend of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and full-cycle accounting. This role is being offered as a permanent position.

• Oversee and manage all financial aspects of two office locations
• Conduct in-depth analysis of profit and loss, variances, and budgeting/forecasting
• Provide comprehensive financial reporting to management
• Handle full-cycle accounting operations
• Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Apply GAAP knowledge in all accounting processes
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls within all accounting processes
• Oversee purchasing and accounts payable processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• Monitor cash flow, including balances, and manage cash cycles effectively to support the operational needs of the business
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Collaborate directly with Management on ideas for expanding operations throughout the USA
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial services.

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a Controller role or similar position
• Strong skills in CRM and Crystal Reports are necessary
• Must have a thorough understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential
• Auditing experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Budget Processes is crucial
• Must possess excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred, but not necessary
• Must have strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is necessary
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
